SAUSAGE AND CHICKEN 
1 lb. chicken (cut into 1" cubes)
1 lb. sausage (Italian), cut into 1" pieces
Oil
1 clove garlic
2 onions, sliced
2 green/red peppers (strips)
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. white wine
1-2 tsp. rosemary
Salt & pepper to taste

Steam chicken in water, rosemary, salt and pepper. Steam sausage, then brown with oil and garlic in large skillet. Add steamed chicken. Quick fry onions, peppers and mushrooms in oil. Drain.

Pour off grease, but leave drippings in sausage-chicken skillet. Add wine. Simmer for 1 minute. Put all ingredients in large corning dish, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
