SPICIE CHICKEN 
1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage
4 sm. chicken thighs
1 green pepper
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can corn, drained
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Slice sausage 1/2-inch thick; in large skillet lightly brown sausage. Push to side; add chicken. Brown; drain. Stir in tomatoes and corn. Cover, simmer 10 minutes.

Dissolve cornstarch in water and add to chicken and simmer 5 minutes until heated through. Stir.
