COUNTRY CHICKEN 
4 med. potatoes, bite-sized chunks
1 1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage links, 1 1/2 inch pieces
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 (3 lb.) broiler chicken, cut up
4 med. green or red peppers, bite size pieces
1 lg. onion, quartered, separated
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. each salt and oregano
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole green beans

About 1 hour before serving: In large open roaster, mix potatoes, sausages and oil. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Cut each chicken breast in half. Add peppers, onion, water, salt and oregano. Bake 15 minutes. Separate beans under running water. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle beans over chicken mixture. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until chicken and beans are tender, stirring occasionally. 6 servings.
