CHOCOLATE SNAPPERS | |
6 oz. chocolate chips (1 c.) 1 3/4 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. light Karo syrup 2/3 c. butter 1/2 c. sugar 1 egg Melt chocolate. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Cream together butter, sugar, and eggs. Add Karo syrup to butter mix. Add flour mixture, then chocolate. Chill dough for easier handling. Roll into 1 inch balls and roll in sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. |
