1 cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil

Any flavor. Lemon, orange, chocolate or strawberry are very good. I have also used the spice cake mix and added raisins and chopped nuts.

Mix all together. Batter will be very stiff. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. (Do not overbake, they brown fast on the bottom.) Cookies will be very soft when you take them off of the pan. While still hot, sprinkle cookies with sifted powdered sugar. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
