GROUND BEEF TERIYAKI 
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. diagonally cut celery
1 c. carrots, cut thinly
1 can mushroom gravy
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
4 green onions, cut in 1 inch pieces
1 lb. ground beef
1 green or red pepper, cut in 1 inch pieces
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Hot cooked rice

In skillet over medium heat, in hot oil, cook onions, celery, carrots and pepper until tender-crisp, stirring often. Remove vegetables to bowl. In same skillet, cook beef until browned. Spoon off fat. Stir in gravy, soy sauce, ginger, crushed red pepper and cooked veggies. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.
