ICE CREAM PUMPKIN PIE 
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 can pumpkin
Pumpkin pie spice
1 graham cracker crust

Fold 1 quart softened vanilla ice cream with canned pumpkin. Season with spice to taste. Pour into crust and place in freezer to set up. After frozen, place rim of whipped cream around edge of pie and top with scattered pecans. Freeze until ready to serve.
