CRUNCHY TURKEY SUPREME 
2 c. turkey
2 c. rice
2 c. celery
1 (6 oz.) water chestnuts
1 (2 oz.) pimento
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tsp. lemon juice
Salt to taste
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. crushed corn flakes or some such

Mix all except butter and crumbs, put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Heat butter and add crumbs. Blend until crumbs are coated in butter and sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
