SMORGASBORD MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 lbs. ground pork
4 slices bread, softened in 3/4 c. milk
1 onion, chopped fine
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. beef bouillon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Mix together and shape into small balls (size of walnuts) and fry to brown.
