BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE 
1 1/2 cups Kefir
1 cup berries (blueberry, strawberry, raspberry)
1 Cliff energy bar
piece of ginger root (the size of a nickel)
1 packet Stevia powder
1 scoop protein powder
1/4 to 1/2 avocado
couple pinches flax seed meal
hunk of kale greens
dollop of extra virgin coconut oil
1 small banana

Combine in blender with 5 ice cubes and blend 'till smooth. Tastes great and is sooooo good for you. Sure beats a Hardee's biscuit!
