HEALTHY SMOOTHIE 
1 cup Soy or Almond milk or Yogurt (or combination)
1/2 banana, 5 strawberries (or half apple with peel)
1 tbsp. ground flax seed
1 tbsp. orange fiber powder (or 1 tbsp. protein whey powder)
2-3 ice cubes

Blend and enjoy.
