QUICK POTATO SOUP 
2 lg. potatoes, cubed
1 lg. diced onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
Chopped parsley

Place potatoes and onions in a saucepan; add just enough water to cover. Cook until tender. Add mushroom soup and milk. Bring just to boiling point and serve with chopped parsley on top.
