PIZZA CRUST 
1-1/4 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
1 tbsp. Sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. butter

Mix all ingredients except flour and let set until dissolved. Add 3 1/2 cups flour, 1 cup at a time. Mix thoroughly. Knead until smooth. Put in lrg. greased bowl. Let rise 1 hour. Punch down and divide into 2 equal parts. Spread out on greased pizza pans or cookie sheets.

Makes 2 pizzas or cut into pizza sticks.

Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes after putting toppings on, cheese last.

If you only want to make 1 pizza you can use the other dough to make bread sticks. Roll out dough and cut into strips or put all of it into a greased cookie sheet. Spread with melted butter and seasoning salt, or Parmesan cheese. Then use your pizza cutter and cut into strips then bake. Serve with pizza sauce heated up.
