FRUIT CRISP 
6 to 8 med. sized apples, peaches, or other fruits, pared and sliced
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. quick rolled oats
1/2 to 1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Put fruit in greased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Work together the oatmeal, cinnamon, butter, sugar and flour until crumbly. Spread over the apples or fruit and bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes.
