CORN PUDDING 
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
Paprika

MICROWAVE OVEN: Mix corn, flour, salt, sugar, nutmeg and butter. Blend eggs with milk and stir into corn mixture. Spoon equal amounts into casserole. Arrange casserole in oven and cook on High for 6-8 minutes, rearranging and stirring mixture once. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving and sprinkle with paprika.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
