SUCCOTASH 
1 1/2 c. lima beans
1 1/2 c. corn
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. cold milk
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar

In large saucepan, melt butter. Combine milk and flour in a small bowl until smooth. Add to melted butter. Cook over medium heat. Stir constantly. Add salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir in the vegetables. Heat thoroughly. DO NOT BOIL! Serves 6.
