QUICK TATER TOT BAKE 
3/4 to 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 sm. onion, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
1 (16 oz.) pkg. tater tot potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can milk
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

In a skillet, brown the meat and onion. Drain. Season with salt and pepper. Place in a greased 1 1/2 quart to 2 quart casserole. Top with potatoes. Combine soup and milk; pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 3 to 4; double recipe for after church company.
