MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 finely chopped bell pepper
1 can diced green chilis
1 c. cream style corn
1/2 c. oil
1 c. chopped onion

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Mixture will seem very thin or "soupy". Pour into greased skillet or pan suitable for baking such breads. Bake at 450 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

Terrific! This bread has a little zip to it! So easy to prepare!
