MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
2/3 c. Wesson oil
1 1/2 c. cornmeal (water ground)
2 eggs
1 c. grated cheese (med.)
3 banana peppers
1 c. milk
1 (#2) can creamed corn
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 onion, grated

Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
