EASY BREAD 
3 c. flour
1/2 c. sweet milk
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs

Sift 1 1/2 cups of flour into one vessel. Add yeast dry and mix. Sift 1 1/2 cups four in another vessel. Heat milk, water, oil, sugar and salt until just warm. Add to yeast and flour mixture, beat. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat. Add remaining flour and beat. Pour into two greased 1 pound coffee cans. Put on lids and let rise 1 hour. Take off lids and cook 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
