CHICKEN & BROCCOLI 
1 lb. chicken breast, boneless, skinless, cut in sm. pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 can of milk
4 tbsp. Grey Poupon Country Dijon mustard
1/2 or 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 bag of frozen broccoli, drained

Brown chicken in oil, drain oil. Stir in soup, milk, mustard, cheese and dissolve. Add broccoli (drained). Boil and simmer 1/2 hour. Serve with rice.
