CHICKEN - BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 pkgs. frozen broccoli, chopped
6 chicken breasts, cooked, then cut into bite size pieces
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. sherry (optional)
3/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter

Cook chicken and broccoli. Put broccoli in 9 x 13 inch pan, then add chicken. Mix separately soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and sherry. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Add cheese on top, then bread crumbs. Pour melted butter over all. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until hot and bubbly. Serves 8.
