1 egg white
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. pecans

Beat egg white until stiff. Beat in sugar and spices. Fold in pecans. Separate with tweezers and place separately on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes.
