1 egg white
3 c. pecans
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 tbsp. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Beat egg white and water slightly. Stir in pecans and coat well. Mix the sugar, salt and spices together. Sprinkle over pecans and stir until well coated. Spread on a shallow well-buttered cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
