SUGAR AND SPICE PECANS 
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
3 c. pecan halves

In medium saucepan, combine milk, sugar, cinnamon and butter. Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla, salt and pecans. Pour onto lightly buttered baking sheet. Let cool and separate nuts. Makes 3 cups.
