COUNTRY STYLE CORN BREAD 
1 c. self-rising meal
1/2 c. oil
1 (8 oz.) can cream style corn
1 (8 oz.) c. sour cream
2 eggs

Beat eggs slightly; add sour cream, corn and oil, then meal. Mix well and pour into greased pan. Bake 30-35 minutes at 425 degrees.
