CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. water
2 c. cut up chicken or turkey
1 c. celery, chopped
1 tbsp. instant minced onion or 1/4 c. chopped onions
2 c. (5 oz. can) chow mein noodles

Preheat oven to 350°F. In greased 1 1/2-quart casserole, mix can of soup and water; stir until blended. Add chicken, celery and onion. Add 1 cup chow mein noodles. Sprinkle remaining chow mein noodles on top.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes until hot and bubbly.
