STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 box cake mix
1 c. oil
1 box strawberry Jello
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. fresh strawberries (or frozen)
1/2 c. juice from strawberries
4 eggs

Mix all of the above ingredients and pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.

STRAWBERRY CAKE GLAZE:

1 c. strawberries
1/4 c. cold water
3/4 c. sugar
Dash salt
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. butter

Crush strawberries by pushing them through a strainer. In saucepan, boil above ingredients for two minutes stirring constantly. Stir in enough red food coloring to tint. Cool slightly and spoon over cake. Chill to set.
