RICE ROLLS 
2 pkgs. yeast
2 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
6 1/2 c. flour
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. oil
1 c. cooked rice

Soften yeast in water. Add sugar and salt. Add about 1/2 the flour. Beat thoroughly for 2 minutes. Add egg, oil and rice (warm rice will rise faster). Gradually beat in remaining flour. Let rise in a warm place. Place on floured board and roll out about 1 inch thick. Cut rolls and place in greased baking pan. Let rise, bake at 400 degrees until brown. 4 to 5 dozen.
