2 c. grated cucumber
1 small onion, grated
1/4 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) pack cream cheese

Rinse cucumbers, onions and celery; drain. Mix all other ingredients; add cucumbers, onions and celery. Mix well. Ready to eat with Ritz or white crackers.
