CUCUMBER DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 cucumber (unpeeled), grated finely, pour off juice and reserve
1/4 tsp. dill weed
garlic salt
2 heaping tbsp. Kraft mayonnaise

Blend all ingredients until creamy. If too thick, add reserved cucumber juice until right consistency for dip.

Great dip with chips or crackers. Also makes nice spread for party sandwiches (open-faced with thin cucumber slice on top or sprig of parsley).
