1/2 stick butter
3-4 oz. crab (you can use imitation crab)
1 egg
1/2 c. whipping cream
Pea pods
Handful of Parmesan cheese

Melt butter (but don't get too hot). Add crab while butter melts. When butter is cool, add egg and cream then add pea pods. You must stir constantly. Put cheese on before you serve. Serve on fettucini noodles.
