1 oz. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Black pepper

FRESH VEGETABLES:

Corn or peanut oil

Slice steak in thin pieces about an inch long.

Mix in a bowl - soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, black pepper. Stir the steak slices around in this mixture until coated well. Cover and put in refrigerator for at least an hour. (The longer you leave it, the more tender the meat gets.)

Cut into bite size pieces any kind of fresh vegetable. Heat large frying pan to medium high (315). Pour 3 tablespoons corn or peanut oil into pan, add vegetables. Stir constantly in oil for about 2 or 3 minutes. Remove vegetables into bowl, wipe frying pan clean. Maintain heat.

Pour 2 tablespoons oil into pan. Add meat. Stir for two or three minutes (pour all juice from meat in, too) and add vegetable mixture in to reheat. Sprinkle with soy sauce.
