BEEF - VEGETABLE STIR FRY 
1 green pepper, cut in 1/2-inch strips
1 onion, sliced thin
1 1/2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 lb. sirloin steak, cut in strips (cut across grain)
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 tomato, cut in wedges

Cooking Time: 18 minutes.

In casserole combine green pepper, onion and oil. Cook uncovered for 5 to 6 minutes at 100% (high) power or until tender. Lift vegetables from oil, remove and set aside. Add meat to dish. Cook uncovered 6 minutes at 100% (high) power, stirring twice during cooking. Drain off meat juices. Combine water, cornstarch, soy sauce and sugar in bowl. Add to meat and cook uncovered at 100% (high) power for 3 minutes or until thick and bubbly, stirring twice. Stir in tomato and vegetables. Cook for 3 minutes at 100% (high) power.
