ORIENTAL BEEF STIR FRY 
1 1/2 lb. beef, cut in thin strips, 1 1/2" long
1 c. celery, julienned
1 med. green pepper, cut in strips
6-8 green onions, chopped
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 stalks broccoli, cut in bite-size flowerettes
1 lg. tomato, in wedges

Combine: 2 beef bouillon cubes 2-3 tbsp. cornstarch

Seasonings: Marinade Garlic Ginger Soy sauce Pepper Sesame seeds

1. Marinate beef in marinade 15-30 minutes. Cook in 2 tablespoons hot oil in wok on high, stirring constantly. Remove, keep warm.

2. In a bit more oil stir fry vegetables, adding in order: celery, broccoli, onion and green pepper, mushrooms and tomatoes. Stir fry on high; do not over cook. Should be tender-crisp. Remove from wok.

3. Return beef. Pour over bouillon mixture and stir until thickens.

4. Add vegetables and gently combine.

Note: Add seasonings during stage of stir frying vegetables, to taste. Serve with rice.
