FOOLPROOF PAVLOVA (AUSSIE) 
2 egg whites
1 1/2 c. fine sugar
1 tsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. boiling water
Pinch salt

Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and beat with electric beater until stiff. Pile into foil-covered pizza tin. Bake in center of oven (375 degrees) for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 275 degrees and bake further 45 minutes.

Turn off oven and allow to cool in the oven. Fill with whipped cream and favorite fruits or grated chocolate shavings.
