2 sm. pkgs. broccoli, thawed
3 chicken breasts, boiled & boned
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Salt & pepper to taste
1 sm. carton sour cream (8 oz.)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheese

Layer broccoli and chicken in greased casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over broccoli and chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
