CHICKEN "DIVINE" 
6 chicken breasts, boiled, deboned
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 sm. can LeSueur peas, undrained
1/2 sm. jar pimentos
4 packets Escort crackers, crushed

Mix crackers with butter, put 1/2 in bottom of pan or casserole dish. Top crumbs with cooked chicken. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over chicken. Sprinkle remaining cracker mixture on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes, or until topping has browned.
