BLACK - EYE PEA SALAD 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. Beau Monde
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. instant minced garlic
2 1/2 (15 oz.) cans black - eye peas

Mix first 9 ingredients together; add peas. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
