BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 lbs. strips of beef
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 jar mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp. oil
1 c. water
2 c. egg noodles

Brown beef with oil and onions. Then add 2 cans of soup, white pepper, and 1 cup of water. Cook on low for 1 hour. Then add mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes. Turn off heat and add sour cream. While stroganoff is cooking, in a pan of water, cook noodles until tender, then drain. To serve, pour stroganoff over noodles.
