BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. stew beef
1 sliced onion
1 clove garlic
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
3 tbsp. catsup
2 tsp soy sauce
egg noodles

Brown beef in oil, add sliced onion and garlic. Simmer five minutes. In separate bowl combine other ingredients. Add mixture to beef, cook on low 10 to 15 minutes. Serve over noodles.
