EASY BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 tbsp. butter or fat
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut beef in thin crosswise strips
1/2 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 can mushrooms (optional)
Noodles

Cook noodles as directed. Melt butter in skillet, brown beef. Add 1 can mushrooms and onions. Let simmer for 10 minutes. Blend flour and seasonings into meat. Stir in soup.

Cook uncovered for 15 minutes stirring often. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and serve on noodles immediately. Hamburger stroganoff - same except substitute ground beef.
