1 Polish sausage, cut into 2 inch pieces
Sauerkraut
Pork chops (leftovers are fine for this)
Hot dogs (optional)

In slow cooker mix all but hot dogs. Simmer most of the day allowing flavors to mix. Add hot dogs last hour. Serve with mashed potatoes.
