BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 1/2 lbs. broccoli
1 lb. turkey bacon, fried
1 c. sunflower seeds, shelled
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. sugar substitute

Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces. Mix all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Makes 8 servings.
