SPINACH GRITS 
1 c. grits
4 c. boiling water

Cook grits until thick.

1 pkg. chopped spinach, cooked

1 stick butter, melted
1 pinch salt
1 pkg. onion soup
6 oz. grated cheese

Add to grits; mix well.

2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk

Add with spinach to grits mixture. Put in greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
