SUMMER VEGETABLES 
7 c. cucumbers, sliced
1 c. green peppers
1 c. onion
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. salt

Mix and put in 1 gallon jar pickles, green peppers, and onion. Add salt and let stand 1 hour. Then drain. Mix ingredients and pour over pickles. Keep in the refrigerator. Keeps a long time.
