COCONUT CREAM DESSERT 
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box instant coconut cream pudding mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
3 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
Coconut, for garnish

Mix flour, sugar, and butter until crumbly. Pat down in 9 x 13 greased pan. Bake 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese and spread on cooled crust.

Mix together instant coconut pudding, instant vanilla pudding and milk. Let set 5 minutes after mixing. Spread over cream cheese layer.

Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with toasted coconut. Refrigerate.
