COCONUT CREAM ICE CREAM DESSERT | |
1 stick butter 60 Ritz crackers, rolled to make crumbs 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened 2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant coconut cream pudding 1/2 c. milk 8 oz. container of Cool Whip Melt butter and mix with crumbs. Pat into 9 x 13 pan. Mix ice cream, pudding and milk together and pour over crumbs. Chill 1-2 hours. Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle top with Ritz cracker crumbs. |
