STAINED GLASS CANDY
1 (12 1/2 oz.) pkg. Nestle's semi-sweet chocolate bits
1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut, shredded
1 pkg. miniature colored marshmallowsstick butter
Walnuts or pecans, chopped (optional)
4 sq. aluminum foil (14 inches long x 12 inches wide)

In double boiler, melt chocolate bits with butter. Set aside; cool to warm. When cool so the marshmallows don't melt, proceed to fold in marshmallows and nuts. On each foil square, divide shredded coconut equally, lengthwise along the 12-inch side.

Divide marshmallow mixture equally on top of coconut. Now flatten ends and make a log, using the foil to shape into the log. Make sure as you make the log, keep the coconut on outside of marshmallow mixture. When you have the log shape, roll up in same foil. Place in refrigerator until hard. Takes about 1 1/2 hours. Slice in thin pieces. Serve.
