SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 c. squash, cooked
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. buttered cracker crumbs

Mix together and place in casserole dish. Sprinkle 1 cup grated cheese over top. Cover and bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
